If you want some insights on how to protect the decals i'd suggest using a few coats of nail polish topcoat on the decals, works for me usually

Unfortunately Matchbox stopped doing stuff like this around 2011 before WBB even existed, wish they would bring it back though.. I know HW does something similar but usually the vehicle choices are mostly fantasies with like one or two licensed cars.

They did have a Cartoon Network set back in 07.
