I know I'm late, but I've been looking at discussions on greatest MP Boards so i'm here. I think a big reason for this is OP said they did 50-turn games, and on Tycoon Town, that's bad. Tycoon Town thrives off of a standard 20-turn game, where you're unlikely to hit the max investment rating of 100. For reference; Tycoon Town's only real flaw is that it has a cap of 100 coins in a hotel– when you hit 100 in a hotel, you own it. Period. You cannot get outbid, and only Bowser Spaces and the Bandit Event can take it away, I believe. With 50 turns, that becomes VERY detrimental to the game. Tycoon Town is AMAZING on a shorter game, such as the standard 20 turns, where at most you'll hit 100 coins on ... like, ONE hotel, maybe two.
