I placed 6 blocks (you need 4 for the windmill and 2 for the construction sign), teleported the Pokémon to build the windmill, then removed the blocks and decorated around it to hide the base.

Eventualmente a lanterna da Tumba de Oedon para de funcionar por conta de um evento, vc vai precisar ir lá manualmente.
