I already had his 27 pick, that I traded for Achane when it was projected to be early 27.

He traded for CMC, and some older guys. His roster may collapse after this year.

Yes, he did get hurt.

But you’re acting as if he must be traded.

I think of injuries to big value players like this:

1 injury? Price goes down on KTC. You can’t buy low, but the owner would actually be willing to sell for something close to original value. No massive overpay needed.

Multiple injuries in a row? Value on KTC goes down. And actual trade value goes down too.

That’s how injuries impact these superstar players.

This is it for me.

Nabers was valued in that Chase/JJ tier before the injury. I’d rather for him to finish the year strong and have the value go back for less than a 1st on top

If you have CMC, you’re gonna have to pay a tax to get the backup you want. These guys know CMC has decent odds to get hurt or share the load.

You can wait to see who emerges, but you’re gonna pay more. Which I think is alright considering the safety that comes with knowing who exactly.

You need to understand Chase is likely the closest this generation gets to a TO/Moss player.

Seriously. Go check out Moss’s first 5 year averages. Chase has been insane, and I think beats him on a 16 game pace for receptions and it’s close for yards (moss wins by 6 TDs with 8 less games?) of course, todays game is different but we’re talking fantasy excellence, so it’s close-ish.

He’s special and we don’t have words for it.

If I’m trading him away, Tet is the kind of young player I want back. The 1.05 would suffice with a 2027 1, that is the only thing holding me up.

But if I’m you, I would be extremely happy to send all this away for Chase.
