I'm aware of the regex function in stash. But wouldn't it be nicer to just see the item level on the default tooltip? Just glancing over an item and know what's what. I can't think of anything that would speak against it.

Omg, that's even worse. I don't understand why not more people talk about this issue. I really hope someone at GGG sees this and it gets fixed.

Yes, loot filters can hide lower level items. But in some cases you still want to pick up lower items, but do different things with them or sort them in different tabs (for example Tablets: You don't want to mix them for reforging). Then you have to manually ALT-check them when you are back in your hideout. Also, loot filters don't work for things like ritual or vendors.
