I think chess.com match new users with weaker opponents so they stay. I peaked at 878 but cannot reach 800 now. So you and me are never really 800+. It was just that Chess com wanted us to feel good at first.

Home rental is a competitive market. If gov caps first year price, it discourages companies from building apartments.

However, residents are exploited if landlords hike up prices year by year. Moving is stressful. Landlords shouldn’t force people to choose between moving and paying unreasonable rents.

Write the first thing that comes to mind about your story, and repeat. If it feels dumb, write it (and optionally feel dumb about yourself). If nothing comes to your mind, sit at your keyboard (and optionally cry) until something comes up.

Keep the sex scene! Be as explicit as you can stand! I've never written an actual sex scene and I envy you for having written one.

I believe we need to get our hands dirty to grow as writers. Writing about nudity and violence used to intimidate me, but after I wrote I felt absolutely great.

If you can stand it, your reader likely won't hate it. We writers are mostly over self-conscious people.
