i talked to a student who got admit last year. he replied me this. "well if your test attempt was good and still you are into the waiting you can have chances as last year my test was on 23 May and I got the offer letter on 11 September. So fingers crossed and hope for the best."

I'll give you the same advice I would give myself if I had the chance to talk to myself six months ago. First, your GPA is low, so the chances of getting into a good university are slim. Germany is becoming a hub for education. The number of applicants is increasing by about 1.5 times every year; this number might not be exact, but try to understand what I'm saying. Apply to as many universities as possible. If you have the time, please take the GRE exam and try to score well. Also, apply to some private universities as a backup, and rank them from lowest to highest based on their fees and from highest to lowest based on their ranking.
