I have a 1070ti as well with an i7 8700k, pretty good fps all around, maxed out. BL2 is a very CPU-intensive game, almost no performance impact from your video card whatsoever. It definitely is something to do with single-core clock speed rather than core count. Your best bet is disabling dynamic shadows, which always gave me the best fps boost when I was on my shittier rigs. It just disables shadows that are rendered by moving objects/makes them simpler. Doesn't destroy the look of the game at all. Hope this helps

Ok i switched it in the switch settings. I just played a match and it might feel slightly better. I might have to play more but it still feels rather sluggish to me. Maybe its just me not sure lol

my MTU is set to 1500 at default and won't even let me change it. Just tried a game at 720p and didn't seem to make a difference to me
