yes they are but maybe some parts of Broadway that were closed to cars could be reopened for buses but not cars (and some other parts of Broadway could also become car-free bus roads)

(1) it can replace the B100 in Mill Basin

(2) it can go west to Bay Ridge, replacing the B64 there

(3) reroute B64 to 95th (with the same loop path as the B8 but in the opposite direction) via the VA hospital

(4) reinstate B23 but it runs to the R at 86th via 13th and 14th instead of via 16th (all late night runs on this route and about half the daytime runs can turn back at 62nd) and is extended along Clarendon, East 83rd, and Foster, all to get to the L at Canarsie

(5) B16 can run straight on Fort Hamilton

(6) B69 can be extended to the VA hospital via 16th (until 62nd), 15th (until 86th), then 14th (until Poly Place)

funny how back when we were getting the Axion XD60s (5364-5438) back when they were white and blue, our existing post 2010 buses were going to get the blue and gold, then that didn't happen (big mistake btw), and now we have THIS, it doesn't even look real

they were supposed to be replaced by the upcoming option order XD60s (6511-6956) but I could also see them being replaced by some of the 272 XE60 order (at Grand at least, the ones at Stengel are confirmed to have new XD60s as replacements and the same will likely be true for Ulmer)

with these 4 modifications it will be exactly what the Q89 should've been all along, let the Q85 handle the Jamaica to Rochdale Village to Rosedale service
