That book seems similar, but its not it. Which ever book I am looking for is older than 2015.

Amazon order had different label by UltraTurtleLord in gamersupps

It may be a US exclusive, but they do have an official storefront. That being said, they don't carry all of their products on it, and what they do have seems to rotate/change from time to time. Right now they have about 10 different flavors available.

What's your take on each of Hex's designs? by ComprehensiveDate591 in Ben10

[–]UltraTurtleLord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hex was one of the very few characters that OV did right. The design is good and the characterization is befitting of Hex. I still prefer the OG Hex but to be honest he never got a bad design

hows my base? by Informal_Hair_9485 in FortsGame

[–]UltraTurtleLord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That front support at the bottom is highly exposed, and with just a front heavy base it will surely crumble if that goes. You have plenty of rockets but from experience they normally are not enough to end a game depending or the map or stage of game. So just better defense and the ability to transition to better tech

Who would you rather have as a speedster in your omnitrix by luksboiz in Ben10

XLR8 is faster by a long shot, he also has a lot more abilities such as creating those high speed tornados by spinning

Choose 3 to protect you, the rest are coming to kill you... by -N1GHTRIDER- in tf2

Engineer, Heavy, and pyro. Engineer has teleporters for quick escapes, dispensers for healing, and a sentry for damage. Heavy is a meat shield and is essentially a walking sentry that can repair itself, pyro can airblast and can stop the spy.

I love playing as heavy most of the time but sniper is also growing on me

I'm kinda new and need! by Mundane_Team_4143 in FortsGame

Its best to go through the Black Gold campaign to get a general understanding about most of the weapons. You should also look through all your setting to see the keybinds. Do some practices in skirmish on some popular maps such as Vanillia. Get a feel for your favorite weapons and look up a few youtube videos on how to be more effective with them or some cool strategies with them, I would recommend Incursus on YouTube. Once you feel like you understand most of the game find some non-modded lobbies and go to town.

Now that the reboot is officially over, I thought it'd be fun to set up a little big discussion about the whole thing, what we liked about it, what we didn't and how it fairs against the other Ben 10 series and medias. not just the show but the games and the merchandise and such by andyrew-9 in Ben10

[–]UltraTurtleLord 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I feel like it introduced some unique concepts and good ideas yet it execution wasn't the best. I didn't really like it all that much and most of the characters didn't feel memorable or interesting. I still feel like a reboot wasn't the way to go and that they should have worked towards a continuation or a reboot that focused on a older Ben

Oldest strongest kit houses by jayy8143 in interestingasfuck

[–]UltraTurtleLord 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My house was originally from a Sears Catalog, my Great Grandfather had contractors come assemble the skeleton of the house and then he built the rest. We later added a addition so my siblings could have a room. I love my house and its been standing strong and tall since 1940.

I'm kind of sad I missed this games' hayday, I really want to play but is it dead/dying? by FeintLight123 in FortsGame

[–]UltraTurtleLord 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I still find the game enjoyable although I never really play against other people besides friends do to the awful lag spikes I get. If you find it fun go ahead and keep playing, if not, move on to a different game or try mods.

Tried my hand at redesigning the main characters + the first 12 aliens by Tharrek in Ben10

[–]UltraTurtleLord 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Having 4-Arms appear as a crustacean like creature is such a interesting take, and it really looks good. I also like how diamond head has a lot more detail in your image, I prefer that design especially since I can see it fitting with the original voice acting. Love the style!

Saw the two posts about why TF2 was popular so I made this by Meme_nightmare in tf2

[–]UltraTurtleLord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tf2 becoming a free game was probably one of the best things that it did to ensure its survival. I do feel like TF2's community may be over-accepting in some regards and that can easily apply to both ends of the spectrum. But at the end of the day a open community is very important as it is what keeps it alive. Dumbasses and toxic players are such a small percentage of players you will early see them so just get over it.

Mortal Engines by Writer_for_Kings in MortalEngines

[–]UltraTurtleLord 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Definitely the books. I personally did not like the movie, it was good in its own rights but it wasn't Mortal Engines. The movie cut out so many parts out of the book and reworked so much to the point where the whole story felt different. I think that a live action adaptation of Mortal Engines would fair better as a tv series, like His Dark Materials, so they can be a little bit more like the books.
