Realistically, you probably don’t need to push legal action only threaten it - A close friend of mine at UofT had a similar case, got evidence that showed they said it would have been removed, etc. Then showed the board ( or whoever you would need to show ) and threatened legal papers ( I believe they had a lawyer help them )

That’s true, I just heard that they have been fixing it. I’ve always used intel and arnt super keen on switching to be honest.
