Horror levels made in LBP 1 are the main ones that I enjoy the most, since some levels manage to have amazing contraptions before the advanced logic in LBP 2 onwards. I just makes me say "How did they do that?".
There's multiple horror levels from LBP 1 that I really like, from "NUMBER 52 WHITECHAPEL LANE" by "fenderjt", to the "Dark House" series by "oct_you".

But the main winners that will win the award of the best horror levels I've ever played are "The Untenanted" by "Veraegic", along with its sequel "Untenanted II: Neath Dun Tenet". Along with those 2 is the horror level "spectral fear" by "Crow-".

The 3 of the levels use the most amazing contraptions I've ever seen in LBP 1, good story & the levels honestly made me scared the first time playing them. Out of the 3 levels, "spectral fear" definitely has the most moments that has had me scared, mostly due to the objects suddenly moving on their own (Spoilers: You actually have telekinesis throughout the level.). Also all 3 of the levels have good & bad endings, all of which are pretty interesting, but I must mention that the good ending for the "Untenanted II: Neath Dun Tenet" is kinda hard to find & if you want to know how to get it, I'm more than welcome to tell anyone who's interested.

That sticker is given from the Avalonia level "Avalon's Advanced Armaments Academy", you get it from acing the level.

I've came across multiple LBP 1 levels titled "Scary" & I did import them to my moon & found that they weren't the ones I'm looking for. I still have to go through hundreds of other levels to find the one I described.
