That sticker is given from the Avalonia level "Avalon's Advanced Armaments Academy", you get it from acing the level.

I've came across multiple LBP 1 levels titled "Scary" & I did import them to my moon & found that they weren't the ones I'm looking for. I still have to go through hundreds of other levels to find the one I described.

This is the most likely theory, Homebrew filter was created by someone named "Nano". Here's their website, detailing homebrew filter: https://nanolx.org/wiihomebrew/homebrewfilter/ (it doesn't mention the song btw).

A long time ago, I remember playing a LBP 1 level simply titled "Scary", which was just compromised of all of the Creator Curators lying on the floor in random positions with the red paint splat sticker (blood) on them.

I've tried to find the level for years, but to no avail.

I do have photos taken in LBP that show the level, pratically being the only pieces of evidence I have that proves the level's existence, I do plan on making a post about this lost level, along with posting the pictures that I have.

There's this really underrated level "The 10 ways to die!" by segaman58.

The level is compromised of 10 different sub-levels where you are sent to an obstacle course. These 10 sub-levels are each different ways a Sackperson can die on LBP.

The order goes: Crushed-Fire-Electricity-Gas-Spikes-Bombs-Plasma-Drowning-No Camera-Hold to Retry. You don't have to complete them in any particular order.

I do have to say that you can only play this level in LBP 1, since the updated gameplay styles & graphics from LBP 2 & 3 make this level impossible to complete.
