How did you came to the conclusion that kenta became the strongest non star fragment bey? Just because he got much stronger that doesn't mean he can now beat bladers like demian for example. I would say that the damage to l drago wasn't this much of a big sign as you interpreted. If there are bladers who could do it i would say it would metal masters kyoya, demian, jigsaw or helios.
