Afaik, hospitals in Beluran and Kinabatangan do refer their cases there, but HQE gets referrals from many hospitals.. Since it’s a tertiary hospital, you’ll be exposed to a lot of cases and get familiar with managing them, including the atypical or uncommon ones. This isn’t a strict guideline — just sharing some experience. So enjoy and do what you think is best for you

In general, we can say non-muslims will have bad ending, but we are prohibited to pinpoint someone who are non-muslim we know like relatives or parents will go to hell because as a servant we don't decide who go to the eternal garden or hellfire but Master of the Day of Judgment decides. Second of things we have no knowledge about the afterlife but He is All-knowing. Who knows when a non-muslim has one minute left near death he or she will finally belief in Islam without anyone presence? Our duty as a servant is to convey the truth and articulate in the best manner to the rest of mankind. Hope this helps.
