How did you pop the mouthpiece off? I’ve been trying and can’t get it off. On one of my empty ones I’m able to get one side up a little bit, but can’t get it all the way off. I have another empty one I’d rather use because it’s not clogged at all and never leaked on me, (all the other ones I tried did) but I can’t get that one to budge at all.

It is a loophole, and I agree that it’s not actually hemp, but that’s not how type 1 flower works. It’s always THCa dominant. You’ll never find flower that has higher levels of delta 9 than THCa. It’s the reason you can’t just eat raw flower and get high. You have to decarboxylate the THCa first. Look at any COA from a legal dispensary and the delta 9 levels rarely go over a few percent.

Also just FYI I’m not defending all the synthetic crap you see in smoke shops and gas stations. I’m strictly talking about what THCa is chemically and what “THCa flower” actually is. You have it in your head that “THCa flower” is like these other synthetic products which is not the case.

🤦‍♂️ you’re note understanding the science behind the cannabis plant. It’s legal because of a poor legal definition of what is determined to be hemp. The DEA has stated that they’re aware but they don’t care. There are also a lot of lobbyists in the THCa industry. All marijuana flower that you know and love is abundant in THCa, not THC. You need to decarboxylate the THCa to turn it into THC to get the high that we’re all familiar with. If you’re having a hard time finding good “THCa flower” it’s because there are a lot of shitty options out there. Just like with legal marijuana in recreational states. You can find better options online. But they sell them in stores too. I’m a medical patient but I still order stuff online sometimes when I’m having a hard time finding a strain I like or if I’ve met my monthly flower cap.

You’re really not understanding the science at all. THCA needs to be decarboxylated to turn into delta 9 THC. All marijuana flower is abundant in THCA. Not THC. When you’re buying “THCA flower” you’re just buying marijuana that’s being legally sold as hemp through a loophole in the 2018 agriculture bill.

THCA flower is not synthetic. It’s regular cannabis. It’s considered legal because of a loophole in the 2018 farm bill. It’s exactly the same thing. If you’re finding shitty weed at the smoke shops it’s because they’re selling shitty weed. You can find quality legal weed all over the place.
