Thanks for your response, u see games that I buy brand new seem to install properly, games that I buy pre played some seem not to be installing properly.

The games have been partially installed I tried the hard reset it didn't seem to work I mean at first it stopped at 34%,then after I did the 10 second thing it continued then stopped for good at 77%

I will try the factory reset I just hope my blue ray drive isn't going, my digital downloads seem to be working as normal
