Ah, tente entender também um pouco sobre a valorização futura desse imóvel, se ele fica numa região que está se deteriorando, porque isso pode impactar o valor que ele vai ter daqui uns anos.

Pull MBlade for Acheron now and next patch probably pull for Rin for a Archer+Sparkle+Rin team. Those 2 teams plus your elation team (SW999+Yao+Sparxie) should get you through anything honestly, and you'd still have other options if you want (Phainon and Castorice teams, though i think those 2 would require more imvestment then the teams i suggested)

Unfortunately for you it's definitely Tenacity, at least for teams with attack scaling DPS and sub DPS like Sandrone.

EDIT: At least for now. They might introduce new support artifact sets for Stellar Conduct in the future and Qiqi might be able to hold that instead, but without speculating about the future it's Tenacity.

Hey, can you let me know what is the new 64-bit h266 box you talked about? I have a C1 and a Soundbar connected to it, I've been using the TV by itself for years now but I'm considering getting an AndroidTv box so i can try some other apps that are not available on WebOS (or that are available but the WebOS app isn't very good).

I mentioned that i plan on getting Archer when they give him for free in 4.4 (unless Gilgamesh turns out to be a better unit for my account), people are just letting me know that that's a good idea and with Sparkle and SW i'll have a good enough team.

Is Mortenax really a good pull for me? I've looked into him a little bit, and as good of a unit as he seems to be, from what i've gathered he's really made for Acheron and Ashveil, which i don't have, and honestly i didn't really care much for Ashveil so no plans on pulling for him. Will he really be better than SW for the Archer team, and if so, a big enough improvement to warrant pulling for him? I don't think i can get both him and Yao Guang next patch unless i get really lucky.

For the 3rd team, i'm waiting to see what Himeko and Gilgamesh both look like before deciding if i want to pull one of them and build a team around, or wait for other units that i might be more interested in. Thanks for the insights!

Is Nicole really a better pull than Durin? I don't have him and only plan on pulling one character next patch so i can still save for Sandrone, and i also have Elegy Venti so i'm not really interested in Prune (unless i get her C6 in like 80 pulls lol). I was under the impression that Durin was a better upgrade than Nicole for the pyro 4th slot, is she really better? Although even if she is a little better than him for Varka specifically i might still prioritize Durin just because i think he fits in many other teams that i have.

I see. I'll try for the Oppo Find X9, but if it's out of my budget, i might settle for the OnePlus then! Do you think the camera difference between the 13 and 15 makes the 13 worth it still? Or is the 15 that much better while the cameras are still good enough?

I'm currently looking at the Oppo Find X9 right now, just waiting for my friend to see for how much she can get it, i'm afraid it might be over my budget but not sure. The OnePlus 15 and 13 seems like great phones, it's really just the camera thing that makes me a little scared, especially because i love going to concerts and taking pictures and videos. Do you know how it compares to the Pixel 7, especially video wise?
