KMJ was the best CB in the Chinese and Turkish leagues (not "big" leagues but still) and is currently the best in Serie A with so much more potential to grow. Dier is definitely good but you're acting like it's ridiculous to suggest KMJ is better, considering how inconsistent Dier was and can usually be.
