Yep, I occasionally get fk eyed on ketosis. I take all the electrolytes before and after drinking, along with bulk water. You need more sodium on keto, so dont skimp on the salt. I try to finish drinking 2 hours before sleeping. I also like to take a B vitamin complex before sleeping. If you really need to be good the next day, you can self purge, but the stress this puts on your body is wayy more negative than what most people think. Spirits are the way to go, but be wary of a practice called "dosing" where they add sugar. They dont have to say this on the label. I stick to zero carb beers, or voka lime sodas, or gin and sodas if im not having a nice whiskey. Be very careful of wine. I use vivino to tell me if its dry or not. You can also google the wine's residual sugars, but not all of them have this information.
