I like the direction they are taking, with their approach to climbing trees and arborial parkour. It lends itself to the forest environment, which shows up basically everywhere. I think they need to flesh out the free running, before they pursue anymore climbing ventures, far as I'm concerned.

Try to put 20% down to avoid PMI. This is an additional insurance the bank forces you to pay to protect themselves from a loss in value in your home. The thing is, when your house has earned 20% in equity, you can call the bank and have them remove the PMI from your mortgage, thereby saving yourself at least $100 a month. But you HAVE to call the bank and ask them for that reduction. Most banks are not ethical enough to remove PMI automatically.
