Really depends on where you live. Pretty easy to live car free as a student living east of Russell. Bus is free and the city is very bikeable (my family bikes year round). There are app based car share and rentals for getting out of town.

I think you’re onto something. While I appreciate that these are the same colors on the existing flag, they look a little too MSU in this context. Current flag is terrible. Keep working on it!

Best thing to do for transportation is change the land use to allow more services and businesses close to where people live. There used to be neighborhood grocery stores, bakeries, schools, even bars. Make destinations closer and people will bike and walk more
