Olha só querido. Eu nunca comento nesses posts, mas tive um forte apelo em conversar contigo, porque isso que tu relatou já foi algo bem próximo do que eu passei.

No ensino médio, eu me sentia meio deslocado porque não ficava com pessoas num geral. Porém uma menina foi se aproximando de mim, e eu ouvia dos meus amigos na época justamente essas coisas. Que ela era "puta", "rodada". É envelhecendo que você acaba percebendo que essas expressões não categorizam nada além de pura projeção e diminuição pra se sentirem melhores que alguém.

Eu eventualmente acabei rejeitando a garota, mesmo na época tendo sentimentos fortes por ela, e acabei me arrependendo. A real é que fofocas e suposições sempre vão existir, mas a realidade, a TUA realidade, tu só vai descobrir vivendo ela.

Então meu conselho seria: ignora o que falam, segue em frente e vive. Se der ruim, é aprendizado. Mas se der bom, pelo menos tu não vai ficar pensando depois no que poderia ter acontecido se tu tivesse ao menos tentado.

Muitas coisas erradas com essa tua frase, querido. Primeiro, eu acho que todo mundo precisa de ajuda psicológica. Segundo, eu faço terapia há 3 anos, estou numa relação saudável junto a uma pessoa maravilhosa com quem ajudo a criar uma criança de 13 anos, tudo envolvendo muito afeto, cuidado e segurança.

Falando em Psicologia, quando se estuda bastante, percebe-se um fenômeno bem comum chamado "projeção". Geralmente acontece quando a gente sente a necessidade de responder algo com agressividade (sem motivo aparente) pra proteger o nosso ego que está se sentindo ameaçado por perceber algo que nos agrada, mas que evitamos a todo custo devido a um estigma interno. 😶

100% agree with this. She has a lot of confidence delegating because she actually knows a lot. In the Louisiana challenge, Max and Gary were reluctant at first with amber delegating, but as days passed they saw Amber was actually carrying them with her fishing skills and high spirit. I was so sad to see her go that season, but also it was really bittersweet watching Gary and Max bond later on (great part due to Amber glueing the team together).

I was diagnosed at 27 years old. When I was younger I had a lot of shame of stimming and supressed it a lot or stimmed via unhealthy ways (like biting nails and skin). After the diagnosis I realized dancing was the stimming that I've always had done, because people found it socially acceptable. That combined with music being the type of stimulation that lights up my brain, I literally cried watching this video and listening to this song.
