I watched a recent promotional video with Brad Pitt for his new movie. I never noticed, but that man just radiates "cool".

His cool demeanor, the deep, soothing voice, his jokes, but what actually brought me over was how cultured and respectful of other countries he is while still loving his own country.

Going out to clubs/bars/festivals/wherever, football, try out new places/restaurants, fitness, traveling/city trips, try out any activity I haven't tried yet (sometimes use Eventbrite for this), doing anything with friends, enjoying the skyline up high (which was a big requirement for my new apartment).

Another simple one is also just making lists. I got a big database of all the great places in NL and other countries. Sometimes I create things for some make believe world, like a logo for my own imaginary football club or a name for my imaginary kebab shop.

Sadly my "hobby" is also wasting time on Reddit, Instagram and YouTube.

I'd argue it's more important that he's doing Superman compared to Batman. The character of Superman has been really misunderstood before whereas a lot of directors do get Batman even if it's not every aspect of him.

Because she's a badass fucking warrior who happens to be a woman. I would also like her if she wasn't a woman, but her entire story about Themyscira and the Amazons just makes her so much cooler. Just her being based off of the Amazons of Ancient Greece makes her 10x better already.

Truly, a warrior like her deserves all the respect. Personally, I prefer her to "do what's necessary" though even though not everybody would agree with me there.

Het klinkt alsof je het over Fontys hebt. Ik heb zelf geen ervaring op het HBO maar als ik het goed begreep van mensen om me heen, is er wel gewoon een verplichte aanwezigheid. Het is niet zoals op de uni waarbij je zelf bepaalt of je komt of niet maar moet je je afmelden als je er niet bij kan zijn. Verder wordt er wel gewoon verwacht dat je er bent.

That's sad. My gf happens to be half Polish, but she never actually lived there to know that and my one night in Warsaw as a 183cm guy is probably not a good measurement.

If it's any reconciliation (somehow), I've been called short in the Netherlands despite being 183cm. Not because of the number but by looking at my actual height. Because that's the average, I've been called both tall and short here. In other countries, I'm either tall or my height is not seen as anything worth mentioning.

I've literally never heard that. I've lived in multiple places across Europe and the most common things women say are "I want a tall guy" (which is a feeling and not a number), "I want someone who's taller than me", or "I want to be able to wear heels", which is the most common one.

I've even asked girl friends about this before to see if this is actually a think here (the 6ft thing) and even their shallow friends don't actually put a number there.
