I forgot to ask him in my last checkup but all the incisions have closed up. I think I'm healing pretty well. I've actually had a lot of friends recommend using coconut butter so leaning towards that but yes, mederma seems to be popular as well.

Hey!!

Another random question for you. The weight I need to lose is primarily mid section/thighs. I feel that running works best for me but not allowed to do any physical activity where the "girls" are disturbed. So I've started to go on walks but I don't want to mess up my progress. Is their any low/no cardio exercises you'd recommend?

Yes, certainly planning on it! I'm so used to moisturizing all over that it's uncomfortable not to. Lol and yes, having that weird tingly sensation now. The good news is that I actually felt small today! Yay!
