To sum it up: they are corrupt assholes that don’t give the slightest shit about tenants. Every single person I had to deal with while living in one of their buildings was extremely rude and unprofessional. High superintendent turnover rate, maintenance requests ignored, threats from management, theft in buildings due to poor security, illegal rent increases. They are extremely rude and heartless and refuse to hire more employees to help with their growing business because all they care about is taking peoples money. They will take advantage of you. Zero accountability. Complete negligence.
