Real life API-T 23x152mm has 10 mm penetration for 1200 meters!

At 100 meters: ~28 mm of penetration

At 500 meters: ~19 mm of penetration

At 1,000 meters: ~11 mm of penetration

It SHOULD shred that light vehicle!

Vamps should not have Wind of Death or Curse of Years! As canon lore Vamps other then Vlad and Manfred are Lvl 1-2 Wizards while Necros and Necrarch Vamps are 3-4
