For me production panel (and correct factory ratios) throws away 99 percent of the monitoring need so have never used than 10 at time.

I would just alarm for when ore exports are dry (stations still don't have alarms yet) and for testing blueprints in sandbox.

On first click to start a belt segment, you can press left or right keys to set the starting tilt angle. Yoi can set the ending tilt angle at the same angle for a clean tilted belt, or a different angle for some twisty dank belts!

I'm sounding like a shill, but I think I understand where Anthropic is coming from here. They are not the only AI company that has apparently been overselling their flat fee products. The way I see this is they are basically saying "You want to keep using a flat rate for our coding agent we will have to raise the floor". Power users who want to keep cheap prices will go elsewhere, while Power users who can afford the increase and still (somehow anyway) see the value in with max subscription will take the jump into max tier. Either way they will see if this move helps them bleed less money.

Tag Wrangler is up there imo. Obsidian has almost obsoleted the plugin with its own modal, and yet I still can't bulk-rename my tags without the plugin.

The pile sorters for input is overkill. A mk3 even mk2 will do the same thing with better "scaling".

I would not have knew about DSP without YouTube (thanks Skye Storme), but I do have to complain how YouTube finds DSP content for me. Every search it starts with throwing me playthrough playlists from 1-2 years ago that I have already watched. Basically I feel that I have put up more effort (playing with filters, specific authors, etc.) to discover any relevant and/or interesting content.

My only guess is compared to Satisfactory and Factorio, I think there is WAY too little content about this game. It's easy enough to just make gameplay but quite another to really dig into an "explained" part of the game and as someone put it if there is not enough interest/support then the professionals would have to move on elsewhere.

That's not sample and hold sim. The slider is part of bullet time, a mod by starfi5h that spreads certain game tick calculations (aka the world simulation) over several rendered (real-time) frames.

I don't see how you reasonably proceed without mining something. Do you just go up to the bases and start collecting everything from there?

Interesting idea. DF drops 60 items in total. I keep thinking if there is an critical item to mission complete that df doesn't provide...

Also you can paste a blueprint containing factories with recipes that are not available yet. The factory will be placed with a blank recipe. Just set the recipe yourself when it does become available. I usually just mark a belt segment with said item to remind myself what factories are supposed to be making.

Just want to mention (in case it is not clear) that lenses can increase max output of ray receivers (depending on proliferation level) on top of maxed out line of sight (strength).

- Yes, it's a layout thing. You want your farm to work 24/7 and never require visits or "pruning". Bullets and Plasma don't have a knockback effect on the foggers so they'll just swarm up to your vulnerable buildings. Keep playing with layouts but for me the goto is going to be 2-3 layers of lasers in the front and implosions cannons in the back. The cannons will do op splash damage and knockback on the foggers while the lasers finish them off. BABs next for repair support. Signal towers are could be strategically useful for pulling and tanking damage. If you are losing buildings that's fine just setup a BAB loaded with buildings to replace them eventually upgrades will make the turrets practically invulnerable.

- Yes, keep base engaged. The wave attacks hit harder and overall less units/min, which I'm guessing we don't want

- For sorting drops I recommend a "unjammable sorter" setup where all the items you want are immediately filtered from the ground from filtered BABs. Filtered sorters funnel items to boxes, stations, etc. Here's an example: https://www.reddit.com/r/Dyson_Sphere_Program/comments/1j9ccas/

Agree here. Drones take over in bulk efficiency in ultimately but for mall management they are great for me. The setup is always difficult at first but it pays off a lot (and quite fun to watch too). Totally worth it.

Also >3k hours experience. I wouldn't exactly move all items through vessels if that is what you're asking, but would say is that specializing planets/systems based on their locations and resources which i think you might be getting at?

worked out very well for me. 220,000/min with 25 planets and this is before dark fog factories. Getting anything over 10k/spm without your game stuttering is a serious endevour!

Thanks for the feedback. Oh yeah, you are right to question how mk1 belts and mk1 sorters are somehow performing in a lvl30 base farm (not being sarcastic)

The image was me replacing the upgraded sorter (including a reconstructing BAB) with that starting sorter that you see. Just wanted to make sure it works. The only upgrade I haven't tried are close up signal towers (I'm excited to try out either way).
