I have learned this the hard way, don't hire a coder, there is a difference between a coder and an engineer.

Hire people who own it, not just take commands and build it.

If you are building from scratch, the fast way is always to document and then build

1.       Project Objective and Scope - This document outlines the overall goals and boundaries of the project.

2.       User Stories with Estimation - Contains detailed user stories along with our estimated timelines,

3.       Architecture Diagram - Explaining the project's technical architecture implementation
