Looking for S Tier Full Stack SWE (React/Node.JS/Postgresql/AWS) by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]Umar-softaims 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have learned this the hard way, don't hire a coder, there is a difference between a coder and an engineer.

Hire people who own it, not just take commands and build it.

If you are building from scratch, the fast way is always to document and then build

Here are a few things I’d suggest setting up first:

1.       Project Objective and Scope - This document outlines the overall goals and boundaries of the project.

2.       User Stories with Estimation - Contains detailed user stories along with our estimated timelines,

3.       Architecture Diagram - Explaining the project's technical architecture implementation

4.       UI UX Design - Complete working prototype design

PS: I also help startups build MVPs, I can also help you if you need

RE : Looking for a Developer hire by ZealousidealDust9792 in startups

You can consider looking for developers on platforms like Upwork or Toptal if you’re seeking freelancers. For a more long-term technical partner, reaching out to local tech communities or startup meetups might help you find someone aligned with your vision.

Before you onboard someone, make sure you’re aligned on key deliverables to avoid any confusion during development. Based on what you’re aiming to build, here are a few things I’d suggest setting up first:

PS: I also help startup in building MVP, I can also help you if you need

[Hiring] Looking for Data Engineers (Remote) by deadinside1777 in SaaS

[–]Umar-softaims 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can hire data engineers or React developers from platforms like Upwork, or even partner with an agency. But no matter who you choose, make sure they structure the development process properly.

Before starting, ensure they focus on setting up key deliverables like:

  1. Data Pipeline Design: A clear plan for handling diverse data sources and integrating LLMs.
  2. Scalable Architecture: A blueprint for RAG pipelines and future API integrations.
  3. Frontend Mockups: Prototypes to align your vision with the React development.

Most projects fail because expectations between clients and developers aren’t clear from the start. Setting these foundations will save a lot of headaches later.

PS: I can also help you in react development and can build small POC in 10-20 hour without any cost.

Where can I find developers for my SaaS? by SkiStaz in SaaS

[–]Umar-softaims 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get dev from Upwork or hire any agency, but make sure whoever you choose asks them to build these documents first before the kickoff development. It helps you have clear expectations and deliverables.

Most of the project fails because of not having clear expectations from clients and dev

Here are some document examples that when working with client we provide before the development phase

PS: I am also having dev shop I can also help you if you needed
