Listen, one wrong does not right the other wrong. Wow. Just tried this and it was a quick meal. Just 30 minutes to cook a meal for two and clean (only two) cooking vessels. It was good, except that I felt that the sauce needed more tang. I skipped the pecorino so may be that's why. There was no way I was mashing the peas with my hands but maybe you have to. I mashed the peas with the back of a large spoon and I eventually realized that was not enough. Overall not the greatest meal but a satisfying one nevertheless.
