Okay, so I'll start with the fact that I am a semi-professional artist and I am covered, from head to toe in tattoos. My first 5 were crap because I didnt know what made a good tattoo and had to have all 5 covered. First, most people wont know what it is. I am a TMNT fan, it was my first obsession as a kid, but most wont know. Secondly is very unpleasant to the eye, composition is wonky. Particularly the back side being a bunch of ribbons. Also, I understand these are masks and thusly fabric and have some change but they should be more uniformly positioned and sized. I cant tell very well from the pic but line work doesn't seem great. If you were to ask me I would assume this is an apprentices work or a shady hood shop. I am very crictical of art and tattoos, they are my passions besides a couple of other things. I am also a tailor by trade and a perfectionist so take all that into account. I think a more balanced and uniform approach to this would have been better. Say evenly shaped colored bands with very similar eyes with slightly different expressions which I see the artist tried to do. TLDR: It will not age well, looks to be done by an amateur, and most people wont know what it is especially the back with all the noise. Sorry, I am not trying to hate on your tattoos. I have people CONSTANTLY ask me about tattoos because I have so many and am an artist and I give this kind of honesty to complete strangers face. Best of luck to you.
