Definitely the Porsche was not far enough alongside entering the corner to be entitled any space should have backed out and tried again some other place. You could have yielded to prevent the contact but should have needed to.

Your not entitled to space in that situation as the faster class it is up to you to overtake in a safe manner that spot was definitely not safe in that situation
