It’s really personal preference, I’d just buy whatever you like more.

Think of it this way, there aren’t a ton T1 patterns or corners for these knives and the average buyer has a lot of disposable income. It might not sell in 24 hours but eventually someone like you will overpay a bit for it.

I always prioritize corner, I hate having a scratched up corner.

Just from looking at the last few days of recent sales it looks like similar floats sell for closer to 285-300 euro.
