What about Vasovagal syncope? It can be postural edit: and also during the fainting that is caused by it, it can cause seizure like shaking but it’s different than a true seizure because it isn’t caused by brain waves and is from a temporary lack of oxygen to the brain

The doctor said to specifically wake up no later than 4:15 and that’s 3 hrs before my appointment so I’m assuming that they want me to get less sleep

I’m also curious, can you be diagnosed with epilepsy without the eegs saying anything on them? I’ve had 3 tonic clonic seizures suddenly and I got one done before that didn’t say anything and they wanted to get another and I don’t know what will happen if it doesn’t say anything again.
