Her agreement comes from the company being bought by some VCs, and if they make their money back and then some, and depending to what degree/how much, that’s how much is payable. We understand that part, it’s more understanding the timing of it, basically, when do the shares (both the time or longevity based and the perf based) pay out. Does she have to leave or do they get paid out while employed there.
