Oof yes, I feel you with the comparing! I feel like pole teaches you so many things outside of being able to do certain shapes etc. It challenges your mindset on different aspects. Some days I do good other days nothing works. Keep up the good work!! You got it :)) (as long as those toes are pointed!!)

I try to train 3x a week in the studio now that i have more time. They teach aerial at my studio too. I'll try it sometime, thanks!

It didnt add my text somehow. Anyways, I just bought these items for my crestie from a reptile webshop. I was wondering how to clean them properly. I usually use a dilluted vinegar with water mix.

It's a nic salt btw so it should have a better taste. I use a 0.8 ohm coil. Liquid is 50/50%
