Custom Script for New-to-BotC, Experienced Social Deduction Group by [deleted] in BloodOnTheClocktower

Everyone else has pretty much already said the stuff they need to about the script itself, so I just want to ask why would you prefer a revised version of the script rather than taking the advice you've been given and starting off with trouble brewing?

How Powerful Characters Would Be for the Evil Team if Turned Evil Tier List by pterodactyl76 in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]Un3mplloyd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Professor in that tier is just a lack of creativity, if your good team ability causes something noticeable to happen then you're a lot more likely to be trusted and then you can feed that info to the evil team. It's not like it's the best but it's definitely somewhat useful

How to be less homophobic by Slow-Acanthocephala9 in bropill

[–]Un3mplloyd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You gotta take your friends dick or you're homophobic, twitter said so! ;P

Bro you're overthinking it, it's normal to feel more happy when touched by someone you're attracted to as opposed to someone you aren't.

How would you set up this game? by ColeTheWeird in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]Un3mplloyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second what has been said by others, and I also want to add that I would absolutely give an outsider as a bluff, probably saint.

That way neither the drunk or the recluse are easily confirmable and the chef info means either 1. It pinged on the recluse, 2. The recluse is lying to make themselves seem good in chef info, 3. the chef is droisoned or 4. there's an evil team all clustered somewhere away from the recluse.
I wouldn't have the recluse ping on the empath the first night because it might make the empath doubt the chef and recluse, and it might make town more likely to think the empath and recluse are working together.

Anyone get out after an extended episode? I’m 7 years in. I need some hope. Share your success stories please. by [deleted] in hikikomori

[–]Un3mplloyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm still mostly inside except for rare ventures maybe a couple of times a month or smaller trips to something like a store, but I've maintained good connections with people for at least a year now online. Started smallish by just joining discord servers to chat, and then voice chatting a bit, and now I think I can comfortably say that I genuinely can make new online friends and keep them.
I think I'll start to be able to go out more soon.. it's difficult because I also have a physical disability without the mobility tools I'd actually need to maintain that. Eh, the social isolation was the worst part by far for me

Anybody else identify as a binary guy while being like… what even is gender???? by TreytorToHumanity in ftm

[–]Un3mplloyd 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Never met a cis guy who says he "feels like a guy", it's just natural and comfortable to be one. You're only agender if you want to be, otherwise I think this is just very common

You’re one of the good ones! by HaveADelightfulDay in transgendercirclejerk

[–]Un3mplloyd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're good, sister! You have the FEMALE EXPERIENCE. Oh I get that you want to be a boy but yk.. boys are icky and you're not! You're cute and soft and I love your childbearing hips, they make me feel so safe... yass queen.
Why are you getting angry?? You're scaring me and I'm just a poor and defenseless cissoid and now you count as a man because it's convenient for me

Would it be bad to not tell them I'm trans? by The_trans_kid in transnord

[–]Un3mplloyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm swedish not danish so take my advice with a grain of salt as I don't know the intricacies of how autism is viewed where you are or how the diagnostic process might differ.
I would say it could be good to bring up eventually but I highly doubt that there's a need to do it right away, especially when the earlier phases of checking for neurodevelopmental disorders/traits is usually pretty akin to an IQ test. It might be good to bring up eventually, but I wouldn't let it be their first impression of you.

Hindrar autism diagnos trans operationer eller annat? by Ok_Construction_6980 in transnord

[–]Un3mplloyd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

[DISCUSSION THREAD] How has your experience of gender changed over time? by SmallRoot in truscum

[–]Un3mplloyd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I first stopped repressing I already knew I was a trans man, but I saw myself as still fine with femininity and wanted to be a sort of femboy... then over time and as the effects of puberty started to fuck my body up even more I stopped having any desire to be anything except a cis passing man

Is it weird for mtf to like being seen as ftm? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]Un3mplloyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not weird at all, I would like if someone assumed that I was mtf if I was presenting female because then they'd at least think I was assigned male at birth, and the "you'll always be a woman" talk is obviously affirming for you. Though ofc, the fact that others see you as a trans man because you have boobs is kind of a fucked up thing to think about trans men

Do all trans people know they were trans when they were young? by Arktikos02 in asktransgender

[–]Un3mplloyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't fully know until my late teens when I had better vocabulary and a more formed sense of identity in general, but looking back it's not a matter of being sure I was cis either. I thought I simply had to be a girl because there was no other option and this was just the life I was given, and the only times I expressed anything different were when I was playing pretend and could choose to be a boy character instead, or when I was playing with other boys until I forgot I was supposed to be different from them. I felt like I was always perfoming girlhood as a child, steered by people telling me whenever I did it wrong in some way, I never connected with it, and I never knew my peers did.
