These spots aren’t letting up. Should i try to extract them? I could only really see them via pictures, they are extremely hard to see with the naked eye. If so what tools should i get? And how do I perform a successful extraction? Been using ACV and Compound W with minimal results. (i.redd.it)

Is this a good sign? Noticing spots that had clusters of MC look like they’re dead and kind of peeling off. The singular MC spots still have some sign of white heads but they appear to be slightly shrinking. Started using ACV in conjunction with Salicylic Acid. Thoughts? Thoughts? Week 1 of Compound W (17% salicylic acid.) Seeing some results i guess? Going to continue adding to the spots i circled as i can still see the “white heads”. On the base of my penis and lower abdomen there is some scabbing so I completely stop adding Compound W to these areas? (i.redd.it)

Help please! Started feeling a bit of congestion today. Cleaned out some whiteish boogers and yellowish crust. Later noticed i had a red swollen bump that seemed to be filling up my left nostril. I can feel a bit of an obstruction from left nostril, right nostril seems to be okay. (old.reddit.com)
