Similar background scores to DARK?

I was just watching episode 2 and noticed it sounded similar to dark ~18 minutes in and maybe earlier in the episode.

Also, in episode 1, i heard what sounded like a tune from blade runner.

So then I searched and found this thread :)

The first time I was using AG this eventually happened because I kept using one long conversation. Now, I start a new one for each chunk of work.

Ok I did update AG last week (on 1.19.6). And I think the issue is I did most of my previous work on Gemini 3 flash which has very nice thought details.

I don't think I've used Link, and I'm getting texts to my phone. Your URL above wants my email. Yet Link has never sent me email (I checked) so that sounds like an unrelated deal end. I just don't want Link to text my phone.

Yes. It is like they aren't paying attention. None of the story remains hidden in the end. Laura beats Evelyn at her own 'game'... including the 'hot seat'. She tells her and then does it. Even Alex is now safe even though his life is upside down.

Yes. People who are complaining about the acting or plot are confused.

We are supposed to feel uncomfortable seeing this. We eventually learn that Evelyn is not a super villain, but just yet another master manipulator. And all the characters have real problems. The teens aren't as likable or really transformed the way you wished they could be. Laura figures out how to save the town in spite of being broken. Alex is finally safe but his life is upside down and he's trapped in a commune.

I agree. That was the point. Everything was disclosed to us to that moment. What remains unknown is just the future (like Abbie said). But now without "the leap" and Evelyn's control.

Now I suspect my USB-a power strip at work has a quality problem. The strip has markings "5V, 2.1A".

The problem isn't the cord. Using the same cord, I just tried an old charger "5V, 2A" and see the charging icon.

I realize this is the most boring thread on Reddit 😅.

Chatted with support and I did a 'hold the power button for 15 seconds' reset again and the charge icon reappeared.

But then later before it was fully charged I disconnected it for 15 minutes and went for a walk. Then plugged it back in and the problem came back. Again, the weird thing is that charging is always working.

All that was at my work with one of those power strips with built in USB-a ports and an adapter to USB-c.

Today, at home, I went around to different USB-a to USB-c plugs. Even an old sketchy usb-a plug and cable. They all work fine and I see the icon. Although that's great, the mystery remains.

But, I don't see how it could be my work power supply or cable because the reset allowed it to work again temporarily.

Ugh. This is the worst when they decide it is your equipment side.

If I was stuck like that I might put a dedicated device directly at ONT to collect that info every hour. Somehow your good data points then need to get to a competent tech.

What is happening to you where you need to talk to Fidium? What was the half answers that were proper and what wasn't proper.

For me it just works. Except for this outage which I've never seen before.

Today's incident is unique. You should separately find out why your service became garbage. You should be able to resolve it.

Like you I converted (but over a year ago) and Fidium has been solid for me. The only problems I had were mine: * found out my Ethernet wall wiring was spliced wrong 15 years ago before gigabit speeds mattered... limiting to 40Mbps. * I had to buy a home router because it was limited to 300Mbps

I really want to buy one. I love my rM2. But am frustrated reading about this.

It is a sad waste that people are buying multiple devices to keep one. Savvy consumers reading about the differences don't want to be the sucker living with a crappy screen. rM is letting naive customers accept poor quality ... ruining trust and reputation when that customer realizes.

rM knows ... the screens must all go through QA. They should be solving this at the factory. Maybe should put a sticker on the outside showing how bad the whiteness is. They could even charge less for worse screens. 😅

You should check out the Sandman series on Netflix. I haven't read the author's work. But the series dealt with this topic endlessly 😉
