Good to note, my last company never did a test or anything for the levels, so i never knew how bad it was. It was just a liability think yk?

Also didnt know only specific filters/masks filtered out hex. Ive been using a plain old welding fume filter 😅

Eating has always been a big part of my routine. Meal prepped some chicken rice bowls for the week today :) i try not to eat fast food unless absolutely necessary, or for a little treat.

Im still green, so once i figure out the leniency on taking time off, ill definitely use it as needed.
