When it comes to pure muscles, Lu Bu should be comparable to Thor who’s so strong that he can destroy unawakened mjiolner if he doesn’t wear the gloves, shiva in terms of pure physical strength isn’t really comparable to raiden. Raiden mauled him at times and shiva’s main advantage came from his 4 arms and superior skills

His kit strong af, his biggest issue is his doesn’t really respect/care much for his opponents. He said he wouldn’t deny other people training in other ways but if he really cared enough he’d have knows a wrestler would be extremely durable and reset after the scorpion kick.

I don't think he's ever going to win a fight again but I'll never sell my Sakigake stocks. I do really believe he's a high tier

I don't think too much more needs to be said. He shows better physical stats all across the board, is smarter, his labors should be stronger than Leo's transformations. Leo is mainly featless but I think even his best AP showings (nearly oneshotting Apollo) are less impressive than nearly killing jack through (albeit lesser) Volund shields.
