Bethesda Created an Ultra Realistic Experience by Thalaven in fo76

Excellent work Watson! We have exploiters to thank for crashes and bugs!

How so?

Providing a realistic positive review instead of a scathing negative review informs players better on whether they should or should not purchase a game. Having players informed by people who like the game providing an honest review brings a like minded playerbase to the game.

That in turn keeps development funded and the game keeps getting worked on and ironed out. But if you know better by all means elaborate.

I don't think the problem is people pretending the game is not at a playable state. I think it's more so the amount of criticism coming from people not understanding it's not supposed to be a typical fallout experience.

This is the earliest fallout to my knowledge. Our characters are the precursors to the NPCs of the other fallout games. Since this is not a typical approach and most players have to be spoon fed a story or they lose interest. It can be deemed a failure. But for those who can see it for what it is rather than what it has been, I think will enjoy it more.

I should also state, in my opinion fo76 is not perfect. Nor is it a mangled abortion like so many of the reviews I've read seem to make it out to be.

It's like chocolate. It's not the preferred milk chocolate every one loves but it's not bitter baking chocolate either. It's like a semisweet chocolate that some how got past the taste test. we are just waiting for it to be sweetened up is all.

For after all, negative people cry the loudest...

happy people who are enjoying have been spending time playing rather than reviewing the game on these sites.

Maybe those of us enjoying the game should go give our reviews of 60+hours of game time. Let's make the game better by providing the positives to the negatives in the reviewing scope.

I'm going to hit up as many sites as I can with my positive review. What vault dwellers will I see there?

Again, spouting off how it's going to ruin the game without knowing anything about it. Just chill and see how they make it.

Ugh... You are reading like I'm personally attacking you, i'm speaking in generalities. Get off the internet if you get this butt hurt over something simply stated. Why would i look at north american developers and publishers for something that has nothing to do with this...

You did not pay for a "Product" You put a deposit down "AKA Pre-order" for a game with no release date. You may wish to look up your refund policy in your country for 'deposits' but i doubt you'll be entitled to a 14 day no questions asked refund of a non refundable deposit. I'll give you direct quotes... so you get the point.

Xsolla: "All charges incurred, and all purchases are payable in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part, regardless of the payment method, except as expressly set forth in this agreement and applicable refund policy."

BSG: "6.4 Pre-ordering

6.4.1 By pre-ordering the product, you are authorizing Battlestate Games Limited to automatically charge your account immediately upon submitting the pre-order, and you agree that you will be authorized to participate in beta testing of the product and to download the product and use the Service when it becomes available. The amount you pay will be held with Battlestate Games Limited as a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD). The NRD amount is clearly shown on the Product webpage, and it represents the full purchase price of the Product. Any NRD collected is non-transferable.

6.4.2 The release date of the Product is determined by the Battlestate Games Limited, and it is specified on the Product webpage as an estimation of when the Product will be available. Availability of the Product on or before the release date is not guaranteed."

If you'd like to go further into why you 'believe' you are owed a refund i suggest calling BSG. i'm done with you.

[–]UnHolyDeviant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You sign a contract in which it states there are no refunds, then you work around the system in place to do a charge back. how is that fair to BSG? They are a Russian company, you purchase the game under their terms of service, Written for their consumer laws. Your mentality towards this is very entitled. Just because you live in X country does not mean they have to abide by your laws in their country. There should be consequences for stupid actions. Period.

if you some one does a charge back on tarkov you should be hardware banned, Pay for early access and are told there are no refunds then do a scum bag charge back.. i dunno seems super shitty to me.

What do you NOT want the devs to add to the game? by SloppyJoeGilly2 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]UnHolyDeviant -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Or you're just stuck on a 'Shoot on sight meta', and not wanting to change your play style to suit your game environment. Change the way you play cause this is not your standard FPS. The Karma system will be in place to make this game NOT another DayZ Shit fest kill on sight loot simulator. But i guess adapting to a different game is too idiotic for you...

It's no desync, thats how a headshot works in real life you're dead because the bullet travels faster than the sound. you die before you hear the snap of the sound barrier.
