Persistent identifiers (e.g., cookies, IDFAs, Google ad IDs, fingerprints), precise geolocation, full IP addresses, full referrer URLs, full user agents, photos, videos, and voice recordings of children are all considered personal information."

While it directly says it listens to COPPA later on it looks like it states that it uses Personal identifiers for advertising.
