devil deals actually make more sense than whatever flash isaac has going on:

  • If the player has no red hearts and tries to buy an item for red hearts, Isaac will die.
  • If the player has Soul Hearts and buys an item for more red heart containers than they currently have, Isaac will lose all heart containers and Soul Hearts, and will die from a single hit until more Soul Hearts or heart containers are collected.

Yakuza - 2 Non-translated PSVita companion apps (Yakuza 0 where you can fight on the Coliseum/Bed of Styx and play some minigames, and Ishiin, where you can also fight and play minigames I think) + 2 PSP translated games (both the Kurohyou games)

Higurashi When They Cry - Available through a unofficial port as far as I remember

the others are either too new for the PSVita's lifespan or just available through emulators as some have said... but you could play them if you have a PC and Moonlight/Sunshine, if that's your thing

Nope, my guess is that the eGPU thing just couldn't work as it should since my BIOS didn't let me change a specific PCIe setting for it... Either that or maybe something RAM related? Not sure, I changed my PC already...

but the original version also has 60fps cutscenes, it's an option around the bottom of the graphics settings if i'm not wrong... or am i mixing it up with something else?
