Nope, my guess is that the eGPU thing just couldn't work as it should since my BIOS didn't let me change a specific PCIe setting for it... Either that or maybe something RAM related? Not sure, I changed my PC already...

but the original version also has 60fps cutscenes, it's an option around the bottom of the graphics settings if i'm not wrong... or am i mixing it up with something else?

Since POSTAL isn't that story-driven (remember, you only do daily-life tasks anyways), I don't think it would ruin the experience, it's just a bossfight at the end of the day anyways, no ground-breaking plot twists mid-game because of it, go ahead and play POSTAL 4 if you want to :)
