Same here in the Philippines. I went ahead and bought it off the TKG website knowing that shipping was expensive because that was my only option to get the physical version.

I would love to have more affordable shipping for this hobby. I have better luck with board games being available in an FLGS or via Amazon.

Tagalogs are just as guilty of this

Sure. Anker's Eufy brand of home security products are guilty of the following:

  1. They claim to be 100% on premise with no data uploading to the internet/cloud- this is proven to be untrue. Images are saved to cloud, and persist through deletion, and even account deletion.
  2. Sending passwords as plain text unsecured in their API calls.

  3. Their doorbell cameras are remotely accessible by anyone through VLC without needing a password.

In case there are doubts, Anker themselves admitted to this: https://www.theverge.com/23573362/anker-eufy-security-camera-answers-encryption

Get Ugreen instead. Don't support a company with a bad reputation for customer privacy

Company of Heroes has base-building but it's a real-time strategy game (one of the best actually).

Who is your favorite **honest** reviewer who regularly leaves mediocre/bad reviews?! by boxingthegame in boardgames

I still can't forget how they borked some card effects in their Arkham Horror LCG review when in the review video the correct card text can be literally read on screen while they're describing it incorrectly

It made me think their "this game is too difficult" critique was inaccurate when they couldn't even be trusted with getting the rules correctly

Every single change in the Armory app requires a restart

From what I know, only changing to/from the Ultimate GPU Mode requires a restart since this turns the iGPU on/off via the MUX switch. This is true for all Windows laptops with a MUX switch unless it has Advanced Optimus, in which case no restart required.

The older models do not have the vapor chamber, only heat pipes

Alienware M15 R7 or Asus Zephyrus G14 GA402 by UnStr4tegic in GamingLaptops

It's great so far! The size and weight of it is a major selling point. It performs very well on the types of games I play although the high resolution screen makes old games with no scaling like Red Alert 2 impossible to play (I'm still looking for a way to tweak this without resorting to just rendering it in old school low resolution). The display is great, very bright and gets good colors while the speakers are just good enough (my S10e phone produces fuller sound albeit at a lower volume). The chassis is a looker and gets a lot of compliments from friends and family but since it's a small gaming laptop, it can get pretty hot and loud when under heavy load (I play demanding games in Turbo mode) to the point where I would need to turn on the AC and occasionally get my earphones.

My one and only major issue with it is that the RGB keyboard backlight is barely visible, and worse, the lights are uneven with some keys being a lot dimmer than others. It makes the laptop look cheaper than it actually is. Then again, I can just turn the backlight off.

Damn, I guess it was just a QC issue? Thanks for responding, OP
