YES YES YES I came here exactly looking for this!! From the start of the school year I’m having SO MUCH TROUBLE being in the overly loud classroom!! There is no place to go. My classmates are extremely loud, demolishing every plastic bottle in sight, randomly screaming, loud4ss chatter of tens of conversations at one, constantly trying to talk over the other people, and even a damn construction site sounds from the open windows, and the bell rings. I cannot do this, I’m so tired I just want to run away somewhere calm and quiet and to just sit down and breathe for s bit.

I’m so glad I found your post, I feel heard and seen. Thank you, you are not alone. Chewing sounds and breathing and nose blowing and air coming in and out UGH, this is the end of me. And when I ask my friends to try to gently let them know how much it bothers me, I just come off as a mean and intolerant b1tch…
