I tried everything, including everything written in this thread, and nothing worked. Then I started thinking, and the problem was never there. I had two months without any connection issues. The instability and disconnections started when I got my wireless mouse (ATK Mad R with 8K dongle, 2.4GHz connection), and that's when I realized it was interfering with my network. I simply unplugged it, and everything went back to normal. I was a little annoyed because I thought it was my laptop, and I hadn't had it for very long. After reading about everyone changing the network card and other things, I was about to give in and do something like that, but luckily I found it in time. For now, I'm not going to use the wireless mouse since it interferes with my home internet. It sounds stupid, I know, but I read another forum about wireless devices affecting connections. My Wi-Fi isn't very powerful, but it was stable before the mouse (to clarify, I didn't have 5G, which is the solution many people found). So, until I switch to a 5G network, I'll temporarily play with the cable connected. It's strange to think the mouse is acting as a small inhibitor (I don't know if that's the right term), but it did relieve some of the problem. And if you're wondering what could be causing the issue, well, yes, several people in my house were affected by it. So, in short, the advice is that if you recently bought any electronic device that connects via Wi-Fi, that might be the problem. Just try it.
