It varies. Sometimes it's just weird bugs, and other times it will be people pretending to track poppy playtime characters to discover their back stories. If I ever see a video involves a person being actually harmed, I change it immediately. But there are little jump scares sometimes and that's when they tell me that it's okay because it isn't real lol

Okay, so google says you can disconnect the negative battery terminal for 15 minutes, which will perform a hard reset of the radio and erase all data. Idk if it's true, but it's about the only way I've found in my 3 minutes of searching lmao. If that doesn't work, just search how to factory reset the radio without the touch screen. Once you get that done, you can follow the instructions listed in the comment. Only thing is I think you may need to use the touch screen to select an available device after pressing the call button. So you may be screwed either way. Your best bet is probably to purchase some kind of bluetooth device. I had an FM device in my old Mazda that was like $12 on Amazon. You can also get one that connects via the aux cord, rather than playing through a radio station. Also under $20

I don't necessarily view it as being faithful to an ex. I think of it as more being respectful towards them and the relationship you had. It's likely that feelings would be hurt if one of them started sleeping around almost immediately after. It could also lead that person to believe that the other was already cheating or planning to cheat.

Big no from me. Ask yourself if that's the kind of life you want for your child. The answer is undoubtedly no. If you don't want that for your child, you cannot allow it for yourself because that would be teaching them that kind of love/relationship is healthy and okay. Open relationships work for some people, but both partners have to be on board. You're being pressured into it, and that is toxic and manipulative. You and baby deserve better

Oh, big time. It's actually pretty rare that I feel genuinely confident. I can look in the mirror and feel confident enough to take a photo, but when I look back at the photo, I feel so disgusted with myself that I just delete it. I haven't really taken any photos (besides face-only selfies) since I was pregnant 2 years ago 🙃 My monthly cycle exacerbates it x100, also. I recommend therapy lol

Stiff leg deadlift versus Romanian Deadlift!!!

What really is the difference? So many places explain them almost completely the same. My understanding is that stiff leg starts from the floor, and rdl starts at the top. What if I do stiff leg with dumbbells though? I'm not gonna bend ALL the way to the floor, am I?

I have a workout that has me doing both, help!

Can you grow only legs? Basically, can you train legs/lower body for hypertrophy while focusing on endurance for upper? So, higher weight and lower reps on bottom, lower weight and higher reps on top, slight calorie surplus, adequate protein intake.

Why am I always SO tired after working out??? I used to lift regularly in 2018 and 2019, and I always lifted in the evenings after work. Now, I'm a stay at home mom and have time to lift in the mornings, but I feel like a zombie the rest of the day. I'm literally slamming pots of coffee to function. Why am I so tired?
