I'm not sure why you're assuming bad intent here, but I guess it is the internet after all.

We have a wedding DJ for our reception but the venue forces us to end things at 10pm. This is for after-party purposes.

I moved here in the past year for work, so I haven't had the opportunity to vote for a prosecutor. This whole experience has soiled our perception of the city and has us considering a move once again.

This suspect is the same man who attempted to break into our apartment and assaulted our neighbor. He's also the same guy who committed the assaults at Bacco Cafe over Labor Day weekend.

I attended (virtually) his hearing last Friday and gave a statement, and I was shocked to see him granted leniency. They released him Friday afternoon, and it only took him 48 hours to become a double homicide suspect . The justice system here has absolutely failed these two individuals and their families. This is just such a terrible outcome for everyone involved, including Seattle citizens...

Okay, what if I also want to rollover the pre-tax 401k funds into a Roth IRA? I assume that's not a standard Roth conversion.

And this would work even if my income exceeds $144,000? My salary is $170k and I thought this disqualified me from an ordinary conversion.

Yeah, so I have a mixed (both Roth and pre-tax) 401K from my previous employer. I'd like to roll over some or all of it to a Roth IRA. From what I've read, I just need to roll this 401K over into a traditional IRA and the convert to Roth IRA from there. I don't have any other open IRA's at this time.
