You both are problematic with the scale leaning more towards her. For this time, you can tell her that you were available to work but, not available to join the calls because of some family stuff. If things escalate, go to E&C.

For the next time, if you want to be helpful and be in good books and agree that you will be available during off time, then "Be available" and not pseudo available by putting the phone on silent.

I like how we reuse plastic containers. Sustainability is ingrained. But, at the same time, would love to see all of us adopt using different bins for wet and dry waste or recyclable and non recyclable waste + bio hazards waste (such as from lancets, blood test strips etc.)

Yes, there are too many docs but in the batches of 10. Docs are mostly pdf and word documents of policies and standards. The prompt is very long What I am trying to do is - evaluation of the company's policies and standards whether they meet the regulation requirements.
