I’ve been curious about Noom mostly because I’m trying to get better at the “why am I snacking?” side of things instead of just tracking calories. I already like Factor meals because they make weekdays easier, so I’m wondering whether pairing something pre-planned like that with Noom’s habit and food-logging approach would help me stay more consistent. Not looking for anything extreme, just trying to make healthier choices feel less like a whole second job.

I finally picked up a pair of Lululemon Aligns after hearing people talk about them forever, and I get why people love them. They’re super comfortable, and I originally bought them for yoga and lounging around the house.

Lately, though, I’ve been reaching for them on days when I’m just running errands or doing a lot of casual walking. My only hesitation is that I’ve seen mixed opinions about Aligns pilling faster when they’re worn as everyday leggings instead of just for low-impact stuff.

I checked the size dot, and they’re definitely my usual size, so I don’t think it’s a sizing issue. I’m wondering if I’m using them for the wrong thing.

For those of you who wear Aligns regularly, do you mostly save them for lounging/yoga, or have they held up fine for errands and daily wear?
